AquaSMART Puppet Show

Saturday, June 5, 10 a.m.

This puppet show teaches children how to be safe when they are in and around California’s waterways. Splasher the Frog and his friends Joe and Charlie, the AquaSMART Stunt-Dummies, perform scenes to show families what can happen when they are not safe in the water. Join us on this water adventure, sponsored by California Parks, Division of Boating and Waterways.

Music Together with Brooke

Music Together with Brooke

Saturday, June 12, 10 a.m.

This music class is for parents and children to enjoy together! Music Together teacher Brooke Chabot will lead families in interactive songs to do together in the comfort of your own home! Get your drums, shakers, sticks, scarves and stuffed animals ready for some music making fun! At-home instruments can be pots and pans, boxes, wooden spoons, jars of beans, etc.

Sacramento Zoo presents Wildlife Conservation

Saturday, March 27, 10 a.m.

Through animal videos, zookeeper talks, and fun “guest” appearances, students learn about wildlife conservation and what they can do to help save the planet. This 25-minute video also meets Next Generation Science Standards!
