Availability

  • Saturdays, 3:30-5:30 p.m.
  • Sundays, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-4 p.m.

Rates

  • Member Rate: $395 ($100 security deposit*)
  • Non-Member Rate: $495 ($100 security deposit*)

Maximum capacity

  • 65 people

Child attendee cap

  • The maximum number of children allowed to attend each birthday party is 25 children.
  • There is no limit on the number of adults allowed to attend each birthday party, as long as the total number of adults and children stays under the museum capacity of 65 persons.

Adult to Children Ratio

  • We require one adult for every six children.

Booking Lead Time

  • We require one (1) month advance notice for birthday party bookings.

Outdoor area

  • May be available depending on weather and management approval
  • Not guaranteed

Joint parties

  • Up to two families may host a joint party for an additional $75 fee

  • $10 per party
  • Options: Coffee filter art activity or Play-Doh party

Party room decorations

  • $35 per party
  • Includes: Happy Birthday banner, Rainbow Birthday banner, 6 honeycomb balls, 8 metallic hanging swirls, and circle paper garland

Security deposit

  • A $100 security deposit is required for all reservations.
  • The deposit will be refunded after the event provided all policies and rules are followed, no damage to the museum occurs, and all guests leave before the scheduled party end time.
  • If the policies and rules in this document are not followed, the $100 security deposit will be forfeited.

Confirmation process

  1. Read Birthday Party Policy
    Please familiarize yourself with our birthday party policy at this link.
  2. Book Your Birthday Party Online
    Use our self-service booking system through Acuity Scheduling to select your available date and time. Please note that we require one month of lead time to schedule a birthday party.
  3. Complete Payment and Waiver
    Payment is required at the time of booking. The required waiver is also completed through the Acuity booking process.
  4. Receive Confirmation Email
    Once your booking, payment, and waiver are complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your party details.

Birthday parties are fully reserved once the Acuity booking process is completed.

*Notice: Any form of birthday or party celebration is prohibited without making a reservation with the front desk. Small celebrations to large ones that are not reserved take up space that others can use for learning and play. In addition, party fees help the museum cover operating costs.

Policies and safety rules

  • Balloons: Not allowed due to choking hazard risks.
  • Piñatas: Not permitted; small candies pose choking risks and can be difficult to clean.
  • Alcohol: Not allowed on the premises, in accordance with school district policies.
  • Weapons of any kind: Strictly prohibited for the safety of all guests.
  • Other restricted items: Any items that are not normally allowed in the museum.

  • Please supervise your children at all times to ensure their safety. We ask that you review the following rules with them before or upon arrival:
    • No roughhousing
    • No running indoors
    • No hitting or physical aggression
    • Please treat all toys and equipment with care
    • Share toys and take turns; do not monopolize items
    • Kind and respectful behavior is expected at all times
  • Any items that are broken or damaged due to misuse, or repeated inappropriate behavior toward others, may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
  • KidZone Museum reserves the right to revoke memberships or ban guests from the museum.

Birthday party hosts have 15 minutes after the scheduled end time for cleanup before departure. This allows us to prepare for other visitors.

Cleanup to complete before leaving:

  • Clear party tables of food, trash, and decorations
  • Take home all personal belongings and artwork
  • Pick up toys/items and place them into baskets/bins
  • Notify staff if anything is broken or needs attention
  • Check the lobby for items belonging to you or your guests

  • All birthday party guests must leave the KidZone Museum at the scheduled party end time.
  • Hosts have an additional 15 minutes after the end of the party for cleanup.
  • If birthday party guests do not leave at the scheduled party end time, the $100 security deposit will be forfeited.

  • Late arrival: No refunds or credits will be given for lost time due to late arrival.
  • Late departure: Any guests remaining after the scheduled party end time will result in the $100 security deposit being lost.

  • Security deposit of $100 will not be refunded in the event of cancellation
  • If canceled 30 days or more prior to event: Full party cost refunded
  • If canceled within 30 days of event: No refund

  • 14 days or more prior to the event: Rescheduling available based on availability
  • Within 14 days of event: Rescheduling is unavailable

  • Due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a party may be canceled by KidZone Museum.
  • In such cases, the host will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

The KidZone Museum reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.

The parent or guardian of a child will be responsible for covering any costs incurred by the KidZone Museum due to significant damage caused by the child, parent, or guardian to the museum building or exhibits.
