Rent the entire museum

  • Saturdays, 3:30-5:30 p.m.
  • Sundays, 1-3 p.m.

Member Rate: $395 ($75 security deposit*)
Non-Member Rate: $495 ($75 security deposit*)

  • Maximum 60 people
  • Outdoor area open weather permitting and under management approval. There are no guarantees.
  • Up to TWO separate families can have a joint party for an additional fee of $75

Note: Each rental includes 15 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup (total time: 2.5 hours).

Goodie Bags:

Party Room Decorations:

  • $35 per party
  • Includes: Happy Birthday banner, Rainbow Birthday banner, 6 honeycomb balls, 8 metallic hanging swirls, and circle paper garland

Book Giveaway:

  • Included with the rental
  • One book per child in the party group

*Notice: Any form of birthday or party celebration is prohibited without making a reservation with the front desk. Small celebrations to large ones that are not reserved take up space that others can use for learning and play. In addition, party fees help the museum cover operating costs.

Policies and safety rules

  • Balloons: Not allowed due to choking hazard risks.
  • Piñatas: Not permitted; small candies pose choking risks and can be difficult to clean.
  • Alcohol: Not allowed on the premises, in accordance with school district policies.
  • Weapons of Any Kind: Strictly prohibited for the safety of all guests.
  • Other Restricted Items: Any items that are not normally allowed in the museum.
  • Staff must explain all museum rules to customers prior to the event.
  • Failure to follow museum rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and may require guests to leave.
  • For issues with non-compliant guests, staff should contact a supervisor.
  • Full payment for the party and any add-ons is required before the event.
  • All guests must check in and sign a waiver upon arrival.
  • Clients must sign a waiver acknowledging museum rules and will be responsible for any damages or injuries during the event.
  • Full Refund: Security deposit refunded if canceled at least 14 days before the event.
  • 50% Refund: Security deposit refunded if canceled 7–13 days before the event.
  • No Refund: For cancellations less than 7 days before the event.
  • Parties arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their party time reduced to accommodate other bookings.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for lost time due to late arrival.
  • Additional Fee: $50 for each extra 30 minutes (subject to availability).
  • Extensions must be requested at least 60 minutes before the scheduled end time.
Once payment and the signed waiver are received, you will get a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
