Because of support from donors like you,
children who live in poverty get to play at the Museum.
Support our work in the community by contributing to our 2018 Year-End Campaign
Last year, donors like you helped us raise 50% of the Museum’s nearly $500,000 operating budget, and our outreach program was able to bring imaginary play and hands-on science to 30% of local children living in poverty. Our goal is to do even better this year, ensuring that every child in our community has the chance to learn through play and discovery.
Your investment in the KidZone Museum provides:
- Hand crafted exhibit representing the life of the Sierra pioneers
- 1,500 scholarships to underserved children for transportation, camps and visits
- Funding for the preliminary phases of a Capital Campaign for a new facility to be built in 2023
- A safe place to play 6 days a week for 30,000 children and their families
