Bring your group to the KidZone Museum today!

1. Overview

Group visits (paid and outreach) run Mondays only. All bookings are made online; payment (if applicable) is due at booking.

2. Weekly Schedule/Fees

There are two group slots available each Monday, one from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and one from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Your group is welcome to make use of the time slot as you see fit, so long as your group does not exceed the 25 child cap and respects the set time slot.

Fees

  • Outreach Group Visit (nonprofit & community groups) – Free
  • Paid Group Visit (schools, summer camps, & preschool groups) – $300

3. Group Size & Supervision

  • No more than 25 children on premises (indoors and outdoors) at any moment.
  • 1 adult (18+) per 6 children, at all times. We require a minimum of two adults.
  • Groups may rotate children in and out, provided the 25-child limit is never exceeded.
  • Exceeding the 25-child limit or chaperone ratio forfeits all remaining reservations.
  • Your group may have an unlimited number of adults present, provided the number of adults and children do not exceed 60 persons.

4. Visit Conduct

  • Water is fine anywhere. Food is not allowed in the museum during group visits. Groups must leave by their slot’s end time — late departure incurs a $50 fee.
  • Groups must clean up before leaving. A $50 cleaning fee applies at staff discretion for things like items moved between distant areas, large items moved between floors, or big Art Room messes.
  • If KidZone Museum policies are not followed (as outlined in this document and the group agreement), we reserve the right to cancel all remaining group reservations.

5. Slot Availability

  • First come, first served for both group types. If a date isn’t shown as available online, it isn’t available.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancel more than 2 weeks out for a full refund/reschedule. 
  • Cancel within 2 weeks, or no-show, and there’s no refund or reschedule.
  • Force majeure cancellations (severe weather, natural disaster, or similar) need museum approval. If approved, refund/reschedule apply regardless of timing.

7. Booking Process

  • All bookings — paid and outreach — go through the museum’s booking website. Outreach groups must still book online even though it’s free; unbooked slots aren’t held.
  • Payment for paid slots is due at booking.
  • Visits only happen during the fixed Monday slots above.
  • A signed Group Agreement must be uploaded at booking to confirm the reservation. Liability waivers are separate paper forms brought to the museum, not submitted online. All children need a waiver to attend the group visit.
