Meet our Keynote Speaker!
Isabel Hawkins, Astronomer & Senior Scientist at the Exploratorium and Fulbright Global Scholar
Isabel is a bilingual and bicultural science educator with a Ph.D. in astrophysics from UCLA. Her passion is to facilitate authentic participation of underserved communities, particularly Latinx, in STEM in ways that allow for bringing the entirety of cultural identity to bear in the learning of science.
